Hi, I am Peter!


I am the co-founder of Our Yoga Mind and I have been sharing my knowledge on the island of Mallorca as a Hatha Yoga Teacher and a Breath Coach during the past 6 years. After completing my teacher training in Rishikesh, India in 2018, yoga became my spiritual, mental and physical guidance towards a more conscious and healthier lifestyle.

I was extremely passionate about sports since I was a child, however it was rather a way for me to get rid of my excess energy at that time. Later as I moved towards adulthood, I used to hold on to a lots of anger, frustration and anxiety. The ancient yoga and breathing practices made me learn how to calm myself down even when I experience stress, regulate my emotions and nervous system better and live a more mindful life.

Since I have embodied the teachings of Pranayamas, I truly understand now why our breath is the link between the body and the mind.

Through my teachings today I represent a holistic approach where science and spirituality can work along together and lead to a better quality life and overall well-being. My passion is to share the transformational power of the breath and guide my students on their journey to cultivate a deeper connection with their true self.

Energizing Breathing


These techniques are ideal before exercise, any busy or task- related work, and also in the morning (even can replace your daily coffee). You will learn about how to use rapid breaths and what is happening in your body when you increase the number of breaths per minute.

Balance Breathing

The optimal breathing which has an adaptogenic effect on your nervous system, so you can use it anytime of the day. If you’re up, it will bring you down; if you’re down, it will bring you up. You will learn how to create the perfect balance and health for your body with these practices.


Relaxing Breathing

Slower breathing techniques which are stimulating a strong "rest and digest" nervous system response. This type of breathing is great after meals, in the evening, and most-commonly, right before bed. Also helps to deal with stress and anxiety.
